You will need:
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 medium sized capsicum, chopped
100 g shredded cabbage
10 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 green chillies, julienned
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
2 medium sized chapatis/rotis/fulkas (preferrable)
Method:
In a non stick pan, heat the oil, add to it the onions, garlic and chillies and stir fry it on a high flame till the onions soften a little.
Next, add the cabbage and the capsicum and stir. Also add salt and sugar to taste and stir.
Finally add the soy sauce and stir fry the vegetables on a high flame for a minute.
Divide these vegetables into two parts and put on a chapati slightly towards one end and roll the chapati to make a wrap. Cut and serve.
