Low Cal Recipe: Chocolate Milkshake

Is it looking chocolatey enough in the pic? May be not.. but it sure tasted oh-so-chocolate!

Here’s one for all your chocolate cravings…well, almost all.. and its healthy too! Easy like nothing else, all that you need is one blender, milk, some good cocoa powder and diet sugar! You are all set!

You will need:

1 cup of skimmed milk, cold
2 tbsp of diet sugar
2 tbsp of good cocoa powder
a drop of vanilla extract (optional)

Method:

– Put all the ingredients in the blender jar (use the whipper attachment) and blend like crazy for some 5 minutes by the clock. Stop when the milkshake is amazingly frothy and well blended chocolatey.
– Serve in a cool tall glass and gulp it down!
