Absolutely Easy and Yummilicious Chocolate Sandwich

Wish you all a very happy new year! To continue the festivities into the new year, here I am with an super easy but deliciously gooey chocolate sandwich recipe. Make this with whole wheat bread and a little chocolate and voila! You have a great treat for those chocolate-y hunger pangs.

You will need:

1 tbsp chocolate chips or a few pieces of milk or dark chocolate or 1 tbsp chocolate sauce/syrup (if you don’t have any of this at hand then sorry, but you wont be able to make this sandwich!)
1 tsp butter
2 slices of bread (preferably brown bread; remember we always eat healthy 😉 )

Method:

– Spread the chocolate or chocolate sauce on one bread slice. Cover it with the other slice.
– Smear a little butter on the top of the sandwich and grill as you like it.
– Enjoy the gooey chocolate oozing out of that sandwich. You can also top this with some more chocolate sauce or low fat cream. (Yup! just this once)
Yummmmm!!!
