Hello all! I just stumbled upon this e-book by John Philip, Your Healthy Weight Loss Plan. This is an informative booklet, but having said that, I would urge you to not go about calculating calories yourself and creating a self invented weight loss plan. Please take expert advice because weight loss is not just about calories, it is about understanding every person’s individual metabolism, food craving habits, food likes and dislikes, physiology, medical history, diet history etc.
While this ebook is a good quick read, it is not customized to Indian body types and food standards. So please take this as another health information only.
